Program Overview

The Blue Mountain Hay Rebate Program offers up to $300 off when ordering up to two pallets of Alfalfa Hay Pellets (50lb) and/or Timothy Hay Easy Flake Boxes (50lb) for a single purchase transaction in a Costco where Blue Mountain Hay products are found.

Eligibility

Purchases must be made between June 1, 2024 and July 31, 2024.
Valid for purchases made at Costco stores only.

Rebate Details

Rebate Amount: $100 for purchase of one pallet or $300 for purchase of 2 pallets of Alfalfa Hay Pellets (50lb) and/or Timothy Hay Easy Flake Box (50lb).
Maximum Rebate: $300 per person.
Offer limitations: Costco members are eligible for award of one rebate per person based on single purchase transaction.

How to Claim Your Rebate

Purchase: Buy one or two pallets of Alfalfa Hay Pellets (50lb) and/or Timothy Hay Easy Flake Box (50lb) from any Costco store.
Save Your Receipt: Keep the original or a copy of your purchase receipt.
Submit Your Rebate Online:
- Visit our rebate submission page at https://forms.gle/BKYaDquZhWgMZiCLA.
- Complete the online rebate form.
- Upload a clear image of your receipt.

Rebate Processing: Allow 6-8 weeks for rebate processing. You will receive your rebate in the form of a check mailed to the address provided on the rebate form.

Terms and Conditions

This rebate program is limited to one rebate submission per household or business.
Only valid for purchases made in the United States.
Rebate submissions must be completed within 15 days of the purchase date.
The rebate cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Blue Mountain Hay reserves the right to verify purchases and request additional information if necessary.
