Our refund and returns policy only applies to online purchases made within the last 30 days from bluemountainhay.com. This policy does not apply to bulk domestic or international purchases, Amazon orders, or purchases from retail partners. Gift card purchases are also non-return and refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
If you decide you do not want your pet or garden product within 30 days of purchase, you can donate it to a local shelter or non-profit and email a donation receipt to email@example.com. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges but will provide you with a $10 off coupon code if you email us a donation receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org from your local animal shelter or non-profit.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card or bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line “Missing Refund”.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but if donated are eligible for a $10 off coupon.
We only replace products that are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and put “Exchange” in the subject line, provide photos showing the defective product or damage that occurred, and include your physical address. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking for your new product.
